This Delivery Policy explains how ModernHomeDesignStudio delivers custom floor plans, drafting files, 3D renderings, CAD-ready files, and other digital design services.
All services provided by ModernHomeDesignStudio are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1. Digital Delivery
Our deliverables may include:
- Custom floor plans
- 2D layout drawings
- 3D exterior or interior renderings
- PDF files
- High-resolution images
- CAD-ready files such as DWG or DXF, where included
- Other project-specific digital files
Completed files are generally delivered through email, a download link, cloud storage, or another agreed digital delivery method.
We do not normally ship physical products.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Typical delivery times depend on the package selected:
- Sketch: approximately 5–7 days
- Blueprint: approximately 8–10 days
- Masterplan: approximately 12–14 days
Custom quotations or unusually complex projects may have different delivery timelines, which will be communicated before or during the project.
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed deadlines unless specifically agreed in writing.
3. When the Delivery Period Begins
The estimated delivery period begins once:
- Required payment has been successfully received
- We have received sufficient project information
- Required plot dimensions, measurements, preferences, sketches, or reference materials have been provided
- Any important initial questions have been answered by the client
If required information is incomplete, the project timeline may not begin until the necessary details are received.
4. First Draft and Final Delivery
Depending on the service purchased, clients may receive an initial draft before receiving the final files.
After the first draft is delivered, the client may submit revision requests according to the revision terms included with the purchased package.
Final delivery occurs after the required design stages and revisions have been completed.
5. Revisions and Delivery Time
Revision requests may extend the overall project timeline.
The amount of additional time required depends on:
- The number of requested changes
- Complexity of the revisions
- How quickly feedback is provided
- Whether the requested changes remain within the original project scope
Unlimited revisions, where included, do not mean that all revisions will be completed within the original estimated delivery period.
6. Client Response Delays
Clients are encouraged to review drafts and respond promptly.
If a client delays providing measurements, feedback, approvals, or other required information, the final delivery date may be extended accordingly.
ModernHomeDesignStudio is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or delayed client responses.
7. File Formats
Deliverables will be provided in the formats included in the selected package or agreed project scope.
These may include PDF, JPG, PNG, DWG, DXF, or other appropriate digital formats.
Clients requiring a particular software version or specialized file format should confirm compatibility requirements before the project begins.
8. Delivery Confirmation
A project may be considered delivered once the relevant files have been successfully sent to the email address provided by the client or made available through the agreed digital delivery method.
Clients are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address and checking spam or junk folders where necessary.
9. Incorrect or Missing Files
If delivered files are missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from the intended deliverables, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to resend, replace, or correct the affected files at no additional charge.
10. Delivery Delays
Occasional delays may occur because of:
- Complex project requirements
- Extensive revision requests
- Missing client information
- Technical problems
- Third-party service interruptions
- Unexpected workload or operational issues
- Events beyond our reasonable control
If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the updated project status.
11. No Physical Shipping
ModernHomeDesignStudio primarily provides digital services and digital deliverables.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, there are no shipping charges, physical delivery times, or courier services associated with an order.
12. Project Completion
A project is considered completed when the agreed final deliverables have been provided after completion of the applicable design and revision process.
Additional work requested after project completion may be treated as a new request or may require an additional fee if it falls outside the original scope.
